We were with a large group, 40+, which is always a challenge for the kitchen and staff on top of other patrons. The whole thing was handled efficiently and expertly.
I had pasta Con Polo, which wasn't really up to snuff in my opinion. Not horrid or anything, just a bit bland. The dessert, Biscoff Cheesecake, was very good and made up for it.
My wife had the Chicken Alfredo and was pleased with hers, overall. She had Hot Chocolate Layer Cake for afters and said it also was very good.
Food fantastic and decent price's for 2 or 3 course meals. Recommend to anyone looking for a good night out. Staff all very friendly and helpful nothing to much trouble for the customer.
When we eventually got the food it was lovely. Service was terrible, the waitress did not have a clue and was miserable. Only six people in the place and we waited for ages for food.But they did give us a reduction in price without having to complain. Atmosphere was non existent and it was freezing in the place. Used to be a great place to go but sadly it will be our last visit.
Usually Sunday lunch here is the best around and staff Very attentive. This week there was a huge drop in quality and service. The vegetables were rock hard, the meal had no flavour and the Yorkshire pudding was the worst I've ever had. Even the dog turned his nose! Guy dishing out the food had a bit of an attitude. Hopefully just a one off and gets back to it's usual self.

The food was absolutely amazing we were very impressed. Staff lovely and chatty. We will definitely go again.
Was freezing cold inside which is a bad start food just ok. Tomato garlic bread starter was better than my main. Won't be back in a hurry
Lovely mid week carvery, proper yorkshires, cracking portions of beef,gammon and turkey and the gravy was top.
