Marcio' s cycle clinic was recommended to me by a friend. He was able to look at my bike straight away, fixed it the same day and gave me some really useful maintenance tips. Excellent experience and I will continue to take my bike to him for servicing.
Mario is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to bikes. He's serviced my mountain bike and done a few jobs on it. He's done a great job very thorough and very competitively priced. I will Continue to use marcio in future and highly recommend his service.
I had been calling around Bike shops to get a quick turn around and I live 20-30 mins from Marcio but he was the only one able to get my bike in ASAP back in early June for a brake repair, snapped bolt in stem, and dropper post bleeding.
Not only did Marcio complete the repairs he carried out a full inspection and advised then replaced wheel bearings and frame bearings to ensure that my bike was safe to ride.
I now take every bike for a repair/service to Marcio and will not go anywhere else. It is worth the 20-30 min trip for me knowing that Marcio will look after me and my bike.
Recommend Marcio highly. 5 Stars service.
Marcio does a great job. He clearly loves bikes and knows what he’s doing. The most important thing to me is he provides a personal service - he is responsive and does what’s best for you. I’ve nothing against the big bike chain stores but I’d rather trust my bikes to Marcio.
Marcio is the best mechanic you can ever find. He knows his trade really well. Gives very reasonable price and finishes a really good job in a blink. Highly recommended guy for the job. Try him to believe more.
Marcio has been a real gem of a find. He has now serviced and upgraded my road and MTB bikes, and has also serviced my vintage gravel and other family bikes. His work is meticulous and it is always a pleasure to see him.
I am not one to write negative reviews...but my recent experience with Marcio compelled me to do so.
So, I took my bike in for a repair about 2 months ago for what seemed like an easy fix..replace a bike chain and rear derailleur.
I followed up Marcio at the end of the first week with a "How are you getting on my repair ?" update call, only to be met with a "I'm busy and will look at it next week".
In week 2, I reached out again to be told he had ordered the part and it will arrive early the following week and he will fix the bike then.
3 weeks after initially giving it in for repair, I once again followed up, only to then be told that he was getting annoyed with my weekly call and it was during that exchange that he finally told me that he was struggling to get the parts...which contradicted his previous week's update that he was waiting for the part to arrive. He told me he would contact me when the bike would be done...again with no definitive timeline or update.
After 3 further weeks of waiting ( without me following up or him giving me any courtesy updates ), I reached out for an update...only for him not to respond. I have since collected my bike..unfixed.
Interestingly, I took it to another local cycle repair shop today...who fixed it within 2 hrs !
Needless to say I wont be going back to Marciocycleclinic and wont be recommending him to anyone !

I'm sorry to disagree with your response...but you were never contacted everyday or out of normal working hours. When you sit on someone's bike for 2 months without updating the customer proactively...that is clearly a sign of your unprofessionalism.
To your comment on "everyone is struggling to get parts"....then perhaps you can help me understand how a similar small sized bike shop was able to fix my bike within 2 hrs of dropping it off...the day after I collected my bike from you
The fact that you don't think my feedback will affect you...well probably not. But then as a customer...will your inability to fix my bike in a timely and professional manner prevent me from getting my bike fixed...then the answer is clearly NO !
Marcio is a great guy who helped me with my bike.
He is a friendly and very knowledgeable bike mechanic.
If you need any bike repairs/service, you should go to Marcio.
