Amazon/Evri must look into this matter at the soonest possibility. They always refuse to collect the return with the same excuse of "printer not working". Amazon/Evri must stop all services via them.
This is the high time to take the action as there are so many victims who faced the same issue from manor food shop.
This place shouldn't appear as Evri drop-off point in Google. the printed machine has been 'out of order' for more than 2 months. it's not broken, they literally don't want to take the parcels.
Worst Evri drop-off point. The cashier is extremely rude with you when you want to use this service. He doesn't consider you a customer and shouts at you to go away: "Customer! Customer! Customer coming! Go away, take your stuff."

This shop, in theory, is an Evri drop-off point to send parcels with available printer in the shop. However, the reality is that they disconnect the machine every day so you can't print the label or send your parcel.
It has been more than a month and everyday the same problem and staff are not helpful or accommodating.
I would recommend if you have the same problem report it here so it will be visible for EVRI or the business owner.
If they are not willing to provide the service they should not advertise themselves as being an EVRI service provider.
As an Evri drop off point, this place can be awful.
It seems that every afternoon they put a sign on the machine saying "out of order"... I asked the staff if the only receive Evri parcels in the morning as I've been told twice to come back the next morning... and I was first ignored.
I asked again, saying that I just wanted to clarify so that I don't waste my time next time I send something, but again, the response was just a grunt.
I recently visited this grocery shop as it is listed as an Evri drop-off point to send parcels. However, my experience was disappointing. The staff member present at the shop was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in providing any assistance. Despite being the only customer in the shop, the staff member ignored me the entire time.
To make matters worse, the QR code scanning machine, which is essential for sending parcels, was not functioning properly. This left me unable to complete the process of sending my parcel, which was a major inconvenience as I had traveled a long way to get there.
Overall, my experience at this shop was unsatisfactory and I would not recommend using it as a drop-off point for parcels. If you are looking for a reliable and helpful service, I suggest exploring other options in the area.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were unhelpful, so disrespectful and rude, especially the bigger one on his phone who didn’t look up when I was talking to him.
Travelled 20 minutes and payed for transport for this shop to say that the printing machine for evri is not working? How long is this going to be because at this point it seems like they’re making excuses. I’m not coming back here again.
