Firstly, I want to thank Dr Ho and Dental Assistant Emma.
Finding an NHS dentist has been difficult, first call Emma answered the phone and offered myself an appointment within a week.
When I walked in I didn’t know what to expect, however a lovely lady greeted me in. It also happened to be Emma.
Dr Ho did the first examination and was super gentle.
Within another week I was seen and the treatment was fully completed.
Thank you so much to the both of you.

My mother had to cancel a first-time appointment today because my grandad is on end of life care and she needed to be at his bedside. Was told that the appointment could not be rescheduled and she would now not be able to become a patient of the surgery. Extremely disappointing and harsh given the circumstances (which were explained when my mother cancelled the appointment).
Always nervous going to the dentist, but here I felt totally relaxed. lovely friendly atmosphere. Great experience overall

I’ve recently joined this practice. I’m so happy with the treatment I’ve had from the dentist. I would highly recommend him. The receptionist is warming, friendly and very professional.
Very disappointed with this dentist. Because I had to seek treatment from a private dentist for a root canal that this surgery said they couldn't perform for me they have cancelled me from their patient list and said they will no longer treat me. It's absolutely allowed to use both services and pay for private treatment if the NHS dentist cannot hep you.
This place is an absolute joke can't get an appointment for past 3 weeks. Going elsewhere. Rude staff and dentist
