Mann Motors is that place I’ve never left feeling disappointed. Taj is a helpful & honest soul, he will try his best to sort your vehicle matters out and I can 100% swear by this as my family have Been using the services of Mann Motors for many years , we have brought about 4+ cars off them and each time, we’ve never been let down by the service and purchases! If I could give this 10 stars, I would!!!

I was rather disappointed with the service from this organisation. Having expected a lot more integrity. I purchased a vehicle from them, I advised I was travelling a significant distance to have a look at the car. I was assured it was in great condition. It was not, as described, it was OK, but many smaller marks on the car which were quite obvious and not mentioned.
With 30 plus years in the business, as I have been told, I would have expected a little more integrity. The car was as described, mechanically good, but bodywork was a little dissappointing.
They did pick us up from the station.
Not complaining about the bodywork damage, but would have been nice to have received an accurate description and receive what was promised.
I suppose that is dealer's for you. As always, buyer beware. Overall, the service was OK.
Scammers! Will ignore your calls when you try to challenge them. They have not returned my deposit despite advertising this as refundable.

I purchased a car from them last year... there were multiple problems with it which weren't mentioned. They ignore phone calls, emails and letters. They are dishonest with the condition and description of the vehicle and will avoid you when you try to challenge them. I am currently in the midst of legal proceedings to hold them accountable.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! There are plenty of reputable car dealers out there who won't rip you off and scam you.
Be careful guys❗️ all those people are from India and everyone scammer. I made a deposit for a car and next day morning I told them I am not going to buy that car and ask for refund and the sales man Taj told me they going to make the refund he promised me but it’s been a month they didn’t refund me and don’t pick up my call.
So, be careful before make any deal❗️
Be very careful when buying a car from these fraudsters. Sold me a £9,000 car they broke in less than a month. Under the consumer rights act this problem is deemed to have already been there are point of sale. They sold the car with a 12 month MOT and just did a full service before sale, both done in house. Refused to help me and when I told them a garage told me the car will have nothing but problems he says this is a 2nd hand car not new car, all cars have problem. Refused to take the car back and put the phone down on me when I said I wasn't happy with what they sold me.
Easy place to find, staff were helpful, the owner was lovely to talk to. However, I purchased a car just before the second lockdown, I part exchanged my car (worth at least 4k) for a car which the price was too good to be true and ended having to pay a tad more towards it. I got the car serviced and mot by a trusted garage near me not long after buying it, there were so many faults. The cost alone to fix the car was more than the is car worth itself. So many hidden faults I'm surprised it lasted as long as it did. This garage assured me it had a full health check and nothing was wrong with it. Within a week the EGR valve blew up, both crankshafts broke, rear shocks leaking, handbrake cable snapped and many more things. Do not buy from this place, you will be conned. I tried talking with this garage in regards to the issues but they did not offer any form of refund or fix the issues for a discounted price. I'm sure they may be good at servicing and Mots and good at selling, but what they sell is of very poor quality.
