Ordered red valvet for my daughter birthday. It cost 90pounds. But i gave 5 extra for good finish and taste. But taste is not good as red valvet. Also the cake finishing not good. Look the cake. U can imagine how we feel that day.. its not good cake bake now. Nor in design neither taste..
I must say a big thanks to these lovely ladies. After another shop let me down a day before my daughter's birthday I went to mandy's cake requesting a cake for the same day! I didn't have big expectations because I knew there was an extremely short notice, but I have to say the cake was absolutely adorable, it tasted delicious and my daughter absolutely loved it. Thank you so so much. I would recommend them to anyone
We been ordering for years but recently they have not been to a good standard. The cup cake quality is dry and the customer service is very bad. They messed up our orders a few times but we gave them the benefit of the doubt and we continued to order from them. We ordered again recently and they never gave the option for egg or eggless cake so we called back and said to ensure eggless. The lady who was very rude over the phone said we can't place the order now because its too late even though theres a week left before collection. She clearly does not know what sees doing and she thinks its acceptable to speak to us like that. I don't think so. I will never order from them again and it's a shame. Would not recommend to anyone becuase of the poor quality cakes and customer service. There better cake shops locally.

I ordered a cake and was not happy. Asked for half chocolate and half vanilla got a full cream cake. The texture was very hard and rough. However the fresh cream was fairly nice. No moisture or spongey texture. The presentation was great too.
We ordered a cake for my son's birthday. The cake and decoration was very good . All the guests were very happy and enjoyed the cake. Definitely recommend.
More interested in taking your money than delivering a service. Will never go there again. Have had better cakes at better prices. Definitely wouldn't recommend
