Very bad experience. Would not recommend.
Service very poor, took about 2 hours for pizza to arrive so cold food, customer service is absolutely absent. Just order anything else and avoid.
Had to wait just shy of 2 hours for my order to arrive, then when it came it was cold. The first time I rang (after waiting just over an hour) I got told it will be 5 minutes it's on the side all packed just waiting for the driver. Then after waiting a further 40 minutes I rang again and was speaking to somebody on the phone at mamma Mia and they just placed the phone on the side and didn't speak to me but could hear them in the background. Tried calling back since and it is like they have blocked my calls.
Been going here for years but now the pizza tastes different we had sweet veg hot shots and margarita. No where near as good as it used to be the ingredients must have changed and it takes 40 minutes for collection where as its always been 15-20 minutes for the last 10 years . I think it's changed hands but can't be sure. Friendly staff though
The lady behind the counter had no comprehension of our native tongue and even after pointing at the menu we still ended up with three wrong meals, have been using this place for the last 12 years, it was the last time tonight!
I waited almost an hour and half for my delivery ,, extremely slow service and not happy at all . It never used to be like this . This is unacceptable.

Ordered 2 hours ago. Cannot get through on the phone, cannot speak to anyone to chase the order and now I just want to cancel! Useless!
Took 1hr and 30 min for food to arrive, the whole order was wrong, called them and they said they’d make our order properly and send it out, still waiting nearly 3 hrs after the phone call with no food and no one is answering their phone, absolutely disgusting service, these people should be ashamed of themselves, won’t be ordering from here again!!!!
