Volvo V70 SE Lux.
I'd had my cars knocking investigated previously by another garage close to where I work without the cause being found. I wasn't happy so booked an investigation with Maltby Service Station who are just around the corner from where I live. Tim found the cause immediately which turned out to be a worn shock absorber and a very worn gearbox mount. The car was booked in for the work to be carried out a week later and now the car is running perfectly again. I can only commend the level of customer service (friendly & polite) and the competency in work allied to the cost for repairs which was a pleasant surprise to me, no leg lifting here. All replaced parts were available for inspection afterwards.
I can't recommend Tim and the team enough and I will definitely be using them for any future work.

After the excellent repair work that was needed previously and MOT carried out by Tim & Team it was service time for my Volvo V70. Thorough job done and as always everything I needed to know was explained to me. i highly recommend Maltby Service Station for the level of service and honest friendly approach to customer service. I will be back in six months for an oil service. Thanks guys.

Cracking service all round jobs done to high standard and as quickly as can be done. Always show old parts and explain everything to you. aswell they ask to go ahead with a job and a price first so no nasty surprises 5 star garage friendly and polite staff would recommend to anyone.

The most friendliest and helpful garage I have ever been to in my 20+ years of driving. Nothing is too much trouble. You are shown all parts that have been replaced and/or shown photos of work done. Very competative prices and these guys do not treat women drives like second class citizens. I would thoroughly recommend them .

After having my cars air conditioning re gassed last year by a solo organisation it has stopped working even though I had used it constantly up until lockdown. On checking I have been told there was little if any gas in the system, the garage put it through all the tests with no signs of leaks it has been re- gassed and I am looking forward to trouble free motoring for more than the previous 12 months and if so will give the full 5 stars because their customer service deserve it.
