Beautiful location even on a dull day. Best time is April when the bird sanctuary is full. Bring binoculars with you to view seals, birds and other flora and fauna.
I know this area as Esgair Gemlyn (Cemlyn Bay). There is ample car parking at either end of the shingle beach enclosing the lagoon behind it. Well visited by birdwatchers armed with cameras. I found the headland to the NW more interesting with views out to sea and along the coast. Seals can be seen if you are lucky.
Views of the coast inluding Ynysoedd y Moelrhoniaid (The Skerries) plus Sea Kale.
Beautiful beach. Separate area for birds breeding. Good place for walking..
Lovely place few walks on a map. 3mile 2 mile. Lovely walk to seashore also nice area RSPB area. Strange house with 10ft wall around it. Quiet spooky. Well worth a visit.
Cemlyn nature reserve is a magical place.
Good parking a bin for you're rubbish, lovely views.
Very pretty bay with beautiful smooth pebbles.
Plenty of birds and one seal today.
Wow .this feels like the remotest car park I have ever parked at. It wasn't that far from civilization but with a cloudy sky, a few spots of rain and a good wind it certainly felt that way. Amazing place with some truly wild scenery and animal life. Definitely worth a visit and would like to come back on a warmer summer's day.
Very beautiful place to visit. Went on a windy day but still beautiful. Plenty of walking.
