Top garage. My dad has known Mac for 30 years and always took his car there. Now me and my brother take our cars to Mac and he always provides the best service. His son Dean is a great guy and an expert with BMW’s. Best garage in Bedford.
Mac and his team has serviced, maintained, repaired and provided MOT services on all of my cars over the last 30 odd years.
I can honestly say that in all that time I have received great reliable service...without a doubt the best garage workshop in Bedford and Kempston.

Since I discovered Mac I have never taken my car anywhere else. He is trustworthy and reliable. I have my services my MOT and any repairs etc done here. Couldn’t recommend him enough. He’s brilliant.
Honestly Macs Auto Service is the best mechanic garage. They fixed my car to perfection. Their customers service is so excellent and the workers are professional. I honestly recommend this garage to be the best in Bedford.
Asked for caliper replacement when discs and pads were replaced some time back.
Was told calipers were fine.
Had problems with hot brakes ever since.
At first you put it down to pads bedding in.
I have only recently been able to afford to get it looked at.
Just took it to a different place and was told it was my calipers all along.
If the customer asks for something then just replace.
Could have warped my new discs.
I havnt gave bad score as they are usually ok.
Used this first time.Very disappointed. Told them Came from outside of Bedford and they told me to ring me when job done. Didn’t even bother to ring me, closed the garage and gone. Totally Unprofessional. Don’t trust them what they say on phone. Charged me more then they said the price on phone and argued that they never said that price. Worst garage I have ever been.
