Simply the best. Without a doubt one of the best services I have ever come across. The staff, from the counter to chemist and the delivery drivers are some of the most caring, compassionate people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MacFarlane and Fergus, to anyone, especially when it comes to collection and delivery of repeat prescriptions.
I would be giving 0 stars if possible, absolute joke. Poor customer services skills & lack of communication. Have used this chemist all my life & will definitely not be back.
