Overdue giving this review, we moved away but so miss the quality of service and solid advice provided even on occasions when we did not have a BMW!

This is my son. Stuart had his car for 7 to 8 weeks. He's been blanking john on the phone when he's asking for it back. Seemingly he's out it through an mot but it still has a wonky brake disk on the back so should have never passed. It's not stealing when you've taken your own car and given the death trap courtesy car back with its baldy tires and cracked windscreen.

Stuck my car in for a full engine rebuild. 17 hours it broke down. Charged me £470 after giving him £4700.00 . Diagnosed it and told me there's another £1500 engine issues . Offered me a refund then rebuked . Now in the hands of the courts. Called me for everything. Not a pleasant man to deal with. Big jobs avoid avoid avoid. Even BMW are saying he was in the wrong.
Amazing service I recently bought a BMW in jan 2021 from a garage in Glasgow fresh MOT and well to be honest I was shafted. Stupidly took to a major tyre company as ABS light was on and Speedo was going to 0. Was told it was brakes and discs needed and would solve problem. I’m no mechanic but knew this wasn’t the case. I stumbled across M3 motors and what can I say amazing. Stuart put me at ease right away and told me what the issue was put car in on Friday and Stuart even gave me a courtesy car till mine was sorted. Monday my car was ready. My car will not be going anywhere but M3 motor company. They defo know there stuff. Even finding why a wire was underneath ( sure if you ask them they will tell you what this was ) again can’t praise them enough service 1st class , fully informed of problems and cost was amazing well done M3 motors thank you. If you car about your BMW this is defo the place to go thanks again
Have kept my X5 on the road for the last 5 years. Great honest and reliable service, pulls no punches on what needs addressed now and what can wait. Like one of the other reviewers, I tried to get in contact a month or so ago but quickly realised that the garage was shut for holidays. Thoroughly recommended.
My BMW 1 series had an engine warning light on for over a year and was behaving oddly.
I took it to several places and nowhere could tell me what was wrong.
BMW charged me for a day of investigation and wanted a blank cheque to keep investigating it.
M3 found the problem and fixed it the same day for a very reasonable price! Since then it has been driving like it did new.
Will be coming back for anything else we need for it!
