I’ve been using this garage for 15 years and I’ve only ever had exceptional service, both at the Body Shop and the Service Centre.
The staff are invariably helpful and courteous. I usually speak to Mark, Marty, Sandra and Alison, who are always ready to give time and attention to address concerns, going above and beyond in an emergency. I am sure the rest of the staff give the same attention, which is why they never fail the customer.
Plus their charges are fair and reasonable. I am so reassured to know that I have access to such a reliable safe pair of hands and highly recommend.
I broke down in Darlington and rang several garages and no one was interested until I called M Wilson, my brakes had gone faulty and my van was the support vehicle for a Charity Bike ride raising money for Oddballs Testicular Cancer. Without this van the cyclists cycling from Newcastle to London would not have been able to continue.
Charles did a test drive ordered the parts and within two hours I was on my way. All the staff were very friendly and could not have done enough to help out. It’s nice to know there are decent people in business that will go the extra mile. Thank you guys.5 stars from me.

I have had my motorhome in the body shop twice now and am very pleased with the work carried out , friendly staff and a excellent job .
Have used this garage for my service and MOT and other repair issues. Find the mechanics here knowledgeable, decent and straight talking. Sandra and the reception team have always been friendly and helpful on each of my encounters. The garage is busy which says a lot about their reputation. Would recommend, especially as a female customer I have found the experience trusting.

The woman on the phone is very unprofessional very cheeky, took my car in for a mot in January and come out worse than what it went in charged me for fixing the problems but didn’t fix them will not be using them again! Poor service
Went to the garage at roughly 5pm today, after having called earlier in the afternoon to see if my car was ready, to be greeted by an extremely rude worker, who asked myself: “are you done annoying us yet?”, not even vaguely in a jesting manner. The worker seemed incredibly angry and upset that I had dared call earlier during the day, to enquire about my own car. Worker was extremely rude, “huffy”, in want of a better word, and borderline aggressive. Would never use this body shop again.
Fantastic service from ringing for a quote and work being booked in and carried out. Reasonable rates too. Would definitely recommend.
