My first time here. A wonderful selection of necessities plus a bakery with caaakes and many vegan options elsewhere in the shop. Notably, cheese, samosas and fudge. Best of all was the help I received from lovely Leo and amazing Angie (45 year associate). I looked for something you didn't carry (stevia) but that didn't stop Leo from trying so hard to find it saying "I won't give up on you". How adorable, in these days where everyone is in a rush. What a pleasant visit, I will return!
I returned, because of Leo and got a bagful of vegan delish!
Always wanted to try Eggs Benedict so was really delighted to see the cafe had it. It was really tasty, perfect size and staff were lovely. Not a lot of food options at the cafe but the ones available are absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend if you want to have a casual bite of something tasty when shopping in town.

Come here regularly for a bacon butty breakfast and it is one of the nicest bacon buns I have ever had. Plenty of bacon and very tasty.
Please note the air con is brutal so it can be quite cold in the cafe area.
Went into Marks and Spencers cafe and the lady was really rude as bought a chicken wrap , when got it, it had cheese on in which friend don't eat, so whilst still at till I said to lady she doesn't eat cheese, she said its advertised with cheese, I told her to look behind on a big advertisement of it and it don't say cheese and could we change it to sausage barm she just stood there till I said all 3 meals will go back and we will get refund for all, she then grabbed plate and pushed sausage barm at us. Lady was really rude and awful.
Happier still with the Smarts offers. Combined with the 3 for £8, even better still, just a shame that the 3 for 8s can't be spread across the different foods. I just wanted two Italian meals but had to get three, rather than a curry. Still good though
Nice food. Quick service and good coffee. Not the cheapest place but that's M&S for you.
