After seeing it on Tik Tok, had to come for the viral Christmas toastie with gravy to dip in. It was very tasty and did not disappoint. The Colin hot chocolate was even better and will definitely return in future. Only 4 stars at it reminded me of a canteen
Popped in for a late lunch early dinner. Cafe was busy but we were served reasonably quickly with a wee wait for our fish and chips which were demolished when we got them. A very good experience and recommended
Highly recommend this lovely cafe for a family breakfast or lunch. Very helpful staff, plenty of tables to choose from and delicious dishes makes it the best cafe in the Gyle center. Although during our visit there was a lot of people, the place looked spotless and there wasn't any queue

Honestly, this place feels like a hidden gem! They have a variety of choices, at reasonable prices and portions. Especially the £10 pp afternoon tea is a treat!
Don't understand the removal of saucers told we have mugs but to me they look like the same cups
It is very noisy when it's busy (which is most of the time), but the scones, jam and cream keep me going back. I just aim for a table on the side by the window :)
The coffee and cookie were good, service was efficient and friendly, but the floor and chair were a bit crumby, I appreciate that it hard for staff to keep up with messy children though.
