Big thanks saved my bacon lost power to the accelerator was recommended by a local rang explained my predicament And was asked to come the next day. Luckily, it was only a Jubilee clip and was sorted within 5/10 minutes. Very professional and courteous whether you are local or just in the facilities needing help. Thank you to all the staff during my visit to MPVS, who were pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. In particular Matt and Mark, from the moment I arrived I was treated as if I was their only customer. Their no rush, no pressure approach was greatly appreciated, which allowed us to view, test and decide at our own pace.
The vehicle we purchased was presented to a very high standard and although it had a few years under its belt, it felt and looked like new. I drove off with a beaming smile from cheek to cheek.
We are both very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend a visit to these guys if you’re buying. I will certainly be returning when the time comes.

Bought a car from them less than 3 months ago. Had a problem with the window on the driver s side. They promptly booked an appointment for me and got in changed without any hassles. Excellent service! Special mention to Matt who did a good job of the reapirwork.
Mark and Matthew were brilliant from first contact. Matthew came to me ( 12 miles away) so I could look at the car and at a time that suited me, no hard selling either. I arranged to be picked up by Mark which he was happy to do, we finished off the paper work and I drove off feeling very happy with the service. I would be happy to use this company again thank you both for making the purchase of the car easy.
I was caught out with a fail on my MOT and had to quickly find another car. I scanned the internet for 48hrs to find the spec i was looking for but found my car on this website. I felt very vulnerable firstly about buying online from a dealer so far from home secondly about the mechanical side of things and looked to my Godson for support sadly he was out the country when this all happened . He did all the initial chat with Mark from Spain, Mark was very helpful and genuine and a date would be agreed that my Godson could test drive the car on his return before a sale could be concluded. I secured this with a deposit pending that test drive. Meanwhile a walk round video was sent to me to see inside and out of the car. I liked what i saw and kept everything crossed for it being all it said it was on the website.As fate would have it my Godson returned from his holiday ill and was unable to drive -so could not travel the hours drive to see the car for me or be able to drive the car north for me either . Mark to the rescue. He went to my godson's home and they took a 10 mile drive to satisfy my Godson it was safe for me to conclude the sale. Two things were needing done with genuine VW parts before coming to me - and although it delayed the arrival by 1 day i appreciated the integrity of using the correct parts to ensure everything was ship shape. A service and Mot came with the car and a 3 month warranty that can be extended for piece of mind. Mark drove my new car to me 345 miles away . We went for a drive for my peace of mind - and he did all the paperwork that was necessary. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. There are few like them nowadays -old fashioned customer care is so rare - but still exists at MPVS and Mark made things effortless. Would not hesitate to recommend
We've been using MPVS for about 7 years now and in that time we've bought 2 cars from them and had our other 2 serviced, MOTd and repaired. The customer service is second to none; I trust Matt and Mark and know that I never get ripped off. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They always do that extra bit that make you feel they value your custom.
Bought three cars from MPVS and it's not just the cars I've bought which have all been better than expected, it's the after service that is provided. Nothing is to much trouble and you always leave feeling like you've received a great deal and you have the confidence to recommend to your friends which is a luxury now days.

This company went out of its way to fit me into a busy work schedule ensuring I can can renew my journey home. Also organising a place for me to stay next door in the newly opened: Wolds View Touring Park, Caistor.
