Can’t thank M I Garage enough. We had car trouble on our way up to Glasgow from Leeds and nowhere could fit us in and have a look until next week. However M I Garage managed to fit us in and fix our car in time for us to go home. Price was very reasonable too. Kerry on reception is lovely and super helpful, she went above and beyond to help and reassure us. Would 100% Recommend.
Brilliant garage. Friendly staff and the receptionist is a lovely girl. Went out her way to help me with parts I wasn't sure of more than once. Very knowledgeable and friendly girl
Receptionist was hesitant they didn’t have time to check my car and would also cost £45 for a diagnostic check but I was quickly seen as soon as I mentioned I’d go somewhere else then.
The check took literally 2 minutes and the guy told me it was just the engine pressure was low and to just simply fill it up with fuel. No actual work was done on the car and he said it shouldn’t cost anything. Receptionist phoned her boss to check the price and she said she got it discounted to £45, which is what she originally quoted. I asked what was the original price, she was clearly lying and said £53. This is NOT how you retain customers. Will never be back and don’t recommend this greedy business
They charged me to repair £1500 just for labour car been over 5 months and doesn’t pass Mot not able use it or sell end of time scrapped it
Robbing Telling Lie Making Money Of Not Doing Work ! Wellcome you happy telling you every details you need making you confident and then you wont be able to see the work you required the work you want bumbing Probably the worst Garage it is ..im requesting to anyone who do not want to west their money please be aware be sure of this theif !
Went just under 2 weeks ago to get fault checked.
Was told to book car in and will have a look and hopefully fix.
Booked in 9am as instructed
Dropped car off, staff member was smoking while booking in car
Was told would be in touch soon as car was looked at
Straight forward diagnosis of ball joint and ABS pump so would of expected a call within the hour and work carried out
NO call. NO contact
Showed up couple hours before closing. Was told ball joint and maybe ABS pump fault.
No explanation of why no contact was made.
Told work could not be done and couldn't source part
Asked to leave car ??????
Front staff was absolutely cluless and obviously had no understanding of what was going on
Was then told that there was a 30£ charge for diagnosis, was not mentioned before booking in.
No diagnosis in writting
Not even a conversation or an explanation of what was wrong
Absolutely terrible experience and waste of time.
Totally unprofessional and really disappointed.
No details as to what was happening. Charged plus 200 for things already checked and handled by other garages. Really unclear and not helpful. Car had oil change already done, but was charged another oil change that should not be charged. Workers Smoking whilst dealing with issue was not appropriate.
Top service used this garage several times for multiple repairs and mots, never let me down!
