Absolutely appalling service. My partner was having no issues with her prescriptions but only for the first few weeks then the problems started. No communication between the two chemists Fore st and John wood st. Poor customer service, unfriendly staff, my partner waited for over a week for a prescription and then when she had run out of medication she went on a Saturday morning only to be told that it had been delivered. My partner said NO it hasn't and she felt that she was being accused of wanting a second prescription which wasn't the case. She was refused help and was left in tears in a pact chemist. Then after all that they realized they had made a mistake and the medication hadn't even left the building. Bloody disgusting and appalling service. And not even an apology wow
If you're in a hurry for your meds then go to another pharmacy. Had my partner's prescription 3 days, went to collect and it still hadn't been made up. Thank god she didn't need xanax (Alprazolam) because I suspect the staff had possibly necked them and that would explain the tardiness of the staff
This chemist is terrible. Twice they have said they have lost my prescription, never ready when you go to collect, loads of staff but all falling over each other can’t get your medication right stay clear and use Johnwood street much better and medication is always ready when you collect.
Customer service is abysmal no or very little communication between Fore St and John Wood St branches. Prescription not at the correct branch on numerous occasions not only for my own medication but also my husbands. Prescription back in March lost ( John Wood St), but was presented to me today even though I didn't need it as I was looking again for Prescription for different medication , returned it and advised why this had been lying so long before being picked up this was met with a look of disapproval from the lady behind the counter. I spoke to the Pharmacist and advised her that if the licence for Boots had been granted I would have changed to there a long time ago. The counter staff at Fore St are not much better seems to be an inconvenience to serve people. Would be very surprised if I am the only Customer/Patient who feels this way.
Absolutely love this place!! I've been going there for 30yrs or so. It's a vital part of our community, in these uncertain times the staff (whom already do a stellar job will be working even harder to make sure we all get our much needed medications U really love the staff. All the retired staff (Betty May, Wee Trish) And Would just like to thank everyone at M@D (sounds like a fairground when you actually say it ????) Again Stay Safe x
