Awful. Went here this evening for food asked for a large mixed meat kebab in a pita, got home and it was a small donner kebab, rang up and when they answered I got "who's this" not hello how can I help etc just who's this! Refused to rectify their wrong doing aswell as speak to me like I was nothing. This chippy just wants money and couldn't give a monkies about customer service and how to treat people either ???? ???? felt like a dog when I got off the phone. Must say I will walk an extra couple of minutes to the other chippy down the road next time. Avoid like the plauge unless you just want to be spoken down to.
got a kebab and 90% of the meat was dry and hard and curled up. totally inedible. won't be going here again. either its been left to go dry or its from yesterday. absolutely disgusting
Food is always delicious and hot. I take my daughter's after school and they're always greeted with a smile and leave with lollipops. Happy customers!

The food is half decent and be tasty at time. But I can't say thr same gor the staffs hygiene, when serving customers I regularly see the servers cough into their hands and and wipe there nose with the bag of their hand. And then go onto handle food with the bare dirty hands. I've had to ask staff to wash their hand after witnessing said things
Bought my families dinner worth £15 and what I got is not what I expected,food was cold,hair in food and daughter tried to eat some chips and one of the staff asked to leave cause not allowed to eat in a takeaway restaurant.woefull service and management
Goodness I never experience such poor customer service . I walked in the lady at the till was moody , with an airpod in her ear talking instead of focusing on the customer . I ignored that I ordered the food and decided to mind my business . Sis was still in the phone . She then started serving the food , I noticed she had long pink nails , no gloves and she took her airpod from her ear and place it on the counter . She then bare handed my started handling the food , I politely asked her if she could please kindly get another clean container and avoid touching inside this one . She went off (lol) like I still don’t understand what the drama was about . Anyway , another Asian man came and asked what’s wrong I explained he served me with an attitude but still served . I didn’t even get the drinks I ordered with the meal . I will be reporting them as hand hygiene is really not a joke , if you can’t work with people don’t ! . I would definitely not recommend . The food was ok it was edible .
Had some chips a few weeks ago,was lovely,didn’t know if it was just because I’d had a drink,went back again sober and still the same,lovely fresh chips,cooked in nice fresh clean oil,the best I’ve had for a long time,and the elder lady that served me was lovely and friendly
