I recently had a repair carried out on my car while I was away for a weekend. The owner (I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name) was so helpful, he was able to fit my car in last minute to look at the issue. He called me to inform me of the problem and explained everything in a simple way for me to understand. He even managed to carry out the repairs while I was away and my car was ready for me to drive home after my trip. The service was excellent and very reasonably priced too. I have had no current issues with the work that was carried out. If I did not live so far away, I would happily use the garage for any future work.
Thank you to Ken and his son for saving me on my trip down South! My car unfortunately had a petrol leak during my journey down to Cornwall from Manchester. It happened on Friday afternoon on the bank holiday weekend, so worse timing! Ken was an absolute dream, he was so kind and went above and beyond to get my car fixed as soon as he possibly could. This could have been an absolute nightmare of a trip, but instead I left my car in Ken's very capable hands feeling confident that all would be well, as it was! Ken got my car back on the road in no time and was more than reasonable with the labour costs too.
Thank you Ken for the honest work you do, you have certainly restored my faith back in humanity!
Very good initial impression, glad to see that the business is health and safety conscious and that Covid procedures are in place to protect the Customers and Employees. Staff were very nice, really friendly and obvious that they knew what they were doing and also amazing to find a couple of mechanics/owners who are not purely out for money and as a result not charging for work that wasn't necessarily needed or not done at all. Prices for the services available were very reasonable, if not a bargain for the parts and time involved labouring. Not doubt about it that I will not be going anywhere.else to have my car looked at, whatever the reason. Thanks for finally finding honest and experienced couple of guys.
On way to the airport car had a problem. Called in and they fixed and got us on our way in time to catch our flight. Excellent service and so helpful. Thank you, you saved the day.
Excellent Garage. I have been taking my car to Lulsagte Motors since I first past my test over a year ago. Ken and his son are always extremely helpful. They offer great advice and are very knowledgeable mechanics.
The service is always excellent and the price reasonable. No job is to difficult for them. They always finish the job to the same high standard every time. They complete work to the agreed deadline, and even show what parts have been replaced and the reasons why.
Overall a quality garage. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent personal and professional service.Our car broke down on our way to the airport. They repaired it while we were away and then collected us to go and get our car on our return.
