The pharmacy was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for the customers. The staff were efficient, and their willingness to provide information made me feel confident in the service I was receiving. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone in need of quality services.
This Pharmacy has seen a remarkable improvement in service since it was taken over from Lloyds. I couldn't praise the new owners more for the turnaround. Service has been prompt, courteous and extremely professional. Keep up the good work.
What is the point of even having a phone number if you are not able to answer the phone ? Simply cutting a potential customer off is not a good way to run a business.
I will now go elsewhere.
The lady over the counter usually handing out prescriptions is lovely. Always polite and helpful. I would question the new owners however. Manager/owner (I believe) was more than happy to humiliate one of the employees in front of every customer. I couldn’t imagine how embarrassed she was and I do hope she is ok. Managers should never embarrass their employees, it wouldn’t have taken 2 minutes to take her out the back and state what she needed to. Management needs improvement.
Lordswood Pharmacist have been amazing in recent weeks. Prompt, friendly and courteous service.
If I could leave a 0 I would. Shocking service. “We’re just checking if the missing item came in” turned in to a 20 minute wait whilst they do the entire prescription they have had for over a week without a single word. The pharmacist who was doing it had to be reminded I was waiting as she was chatting to a delivery driver. Don’t bother going in they just don’t care.
Awful place. Been many times and they don't have the full order of a pill from online order. But also are rediculously slow. Went to collect second part of order and stupidly thought I would grab my daughters cream while there. "would you like to wait" always ask how long 25 minutes waiting for a box of cream. I had to leave as when I asked how long I was told I was next to be signed but she still couldn't say how long that would be.
Friendly staff always ready to help. Good products available over the counter with more behind the 'Do not touch' glass. Helpful side room to talk about medical issues in a private area also.
However, there is a wait, sometimes that can be rather long, sometimes it can be very quick. It all depends on the day.
