Very Bad and Poor Service.
DHL pick up or collection Center, Most Terrible service, you can wait all day long in the queue. The service very Slow. They are talking each others with others things instead dealing with the customer. They scan the parcel but still listening ???? and talking each others.
Never Recommend at all to anyone.
I have to give a really bad rating here today. Normally I get the best service and never have a bad experience. I popped in to pick up a parcel and the staff at the front parcel desks were lovely as usual, but afterwards I needed to buy some bits and bobs so went to pay at the pharmacy till at the back of the shop. I overheard a conversation that the pharmacy staff members were having about “LGBT” people. The older white gentleman was saying to the other staff that he “doesn’t have a problem with the LGBT, but he doesn’t understand how you would change genders.” He said something along the lines of “you’re born either a man or a woman” and you should stay that way, saying it’s ridiculous and doesn’t make sense. It shocked me that this man was comfortable enough to have this conversation out loud. There were no attempts to talk quietly so it seemed like he did not care who could hear this conversation.
I unfortunately didn’t say anything to these people as I felt uncomfortable. I really should have called them out for these awful views. All I could think of is I really hope no queer or transgender people come here and have to hear any of that rubbish. Staff here need to be reminded to treat all people with respect and that they cannot spew these comments out for everyone to hear as if it is normal.
Really shocking experience.
Most terrible and rude service I have ever received by the two Indian men at the printing kiosk. They need to learn how to treat customers and get off their high horse. I asked to print one paper and ended up taking up an hour of my time. I recommend to not come here to anyone, there is a post office across the street go there instead.

Haven't had any issue with the pharmacy but I wish I have never used their printing service! It is the most expensive printing ever, 49p/pages in black and white and the quality is awful. First and last time I used and definitely won't recommend.
The management of the pharmacy is patience and attentive to their customers. Visit them and you will see how good they are in handling customer and how knowledgeable they are in the prescription you will provide. Very helpful.
Amazing Customer's services both at the pharmacy and money transfer desks
Pharmacy staff is quite helpful, especially an eastern european lady although there is a youngish Asian guy was quite rude to myself and other customers! Do better!
The queue for hermes is ridiculous, AVOID!
