Please avoid. Very rude both of them . I understand someone book a slot time with them but on my booking time was 13:00 - 17:00 they refuse to do it at 4 and I arrive at 2:15pm and they keep me till 4:30pm for no reason . The old man shouting at me for no reason. They told me they don’t want to change my tyres . Avoid this garage????????
I ordered some tyres for my car from Asda tyres and selected this garage because they had good reviews.
They did an excellent job, and both mechanics were friendly.
They even had a mini that was being restored!
I recommend this garage !
The boys here will go above and beyond to help you out, they couldn’t do more to make sure everything with your car is taken care of. Have been using this garage for over 10 years and travel from Colchester now to bring my car and van here
Changed both pirelli tyres here, called in advance for times and they were ready and nice. Will use again
Todd and Melvin provided me with an exceptional service today. I was booked in for 0900 to have my rear tyres changed (via Asda Tyres). They were prompt, efficient and very professional in the way they went about their business.
They had me on my way in no time and even helped me take off an old alloy cap, replace it with one I had sitting in my car for ages and at NO EXTRA COST!
These guys are professionals and I have the utmost respect for the value they add to their customers. I will definitely recommend them and will be back in the future!

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Mel sorted out my broken window, after I smashed it reversing, I had a child in the back. Gave me great price so much better then everywhere around me. He was fair and very honest. Highly recommend this place. I've been back to sort a tire and bulb and he has consistently given me excellent service and price. If you go, ask for mel!!
Pricier than the local competition but for good reason. He actually does the work he says he’s doing! None of this cash in hand, no VAT nonsense.
Took my civic in for a full service and the price was £316. Nearby places offering the same for £150-£220. I guess you get what you pay for!
*update* when leaving the garage the engine light comes on. I call him back ASAP and he tells me to come back following day 11am. Sticking to this appointment, I arrive at 11am. His guy that can operate the machinery is out and nobody can deal with this. Either I wait half hour or I come back another day. No apology, no understanding that weekend time is precious and I’ve just wasted an hour coming here.
Won’t be coming back for next service for sure!
Knowledgeable staff. Excellent service. Took great care of my car and were happy. I live around the corner and I can't believe I've never used these guys before. 5 stars is deserved for this garage. I'll be back
