I given car for repair for the noise of front side they ask me to change many parts. They are not rectified the actual problem and they ask me to collect the car it’s already repaired then I received car while driving the same noise coming almost 360 pound I spend for repair cost. . Again I approach to them for sound is coming they said they not repair noise which arising. They ask me to pay again for repair and parts cost for repair the same. Actually nosing is coming from left side wheel bearing they again identified the noise is coming from right hand side.
Very poor diagnosis.
Sadly your problem won't be fixed and they won't carry out the work properly that you have paid a hefty price for.
A great garage and the only place I trust to fix my car. The staff are so friendly and do a great job everytime, especially Mohammad. They’re honest and have affordable prices. They managed to fit me in short notice for an MOT and they accept card payments too. I recommend them to everyone.
Dont go there, they are fraud, they lie to you about the charges and later and charge you high after they open your car, when u complain you cant pay, they will open up your car so that it will not move from the place and indirectly make you pay.
They lie, the boss lie that he bought a new battery and the staff later confirm
No battery was bought when the same fault came up again.
Their boss is soo saucy.
