Really disgusted with their service, not sure they even know what they are doing. I took my car there as it was having gear issue, initially I was told it was the clutch which needs changing plus the springs at the back and I was charged about £850 to get the job done, on picking up the car about a week later, I discovered straight away the car had same issue and still not fixed. On taking it back, I was now told that it is the gear that needs changing and I need to pay additional £490 to get it fix, on paying this additional amount and picking up the car, guess what?? The car still had same issue of getting stuck in gear, at this point I was fuming, I took the car back, upon inspection from them was now told is the hydraulic of the car. I had to leave the car for another week for them to get it fix, at this point I said I was not going to pay for them guessing what was wrong with the car as they can't seem to even diagnose the issue with the car. When they have charged me already stating it was the clutch and then the gear needs changing.
I have now picked up the car since they have fixed the hydraulic and so far, it's driving the way it should. My guess is the initial diagnosis was the hydraulic which was not picked up straight away and I had to pay a total of £1300 for them mis-diagnosing the car. I would avoid this garage honestly, it cost you more to get a simple car issue fixed.
Got my wheel bearing changed, mechanic did a drop link and tracking too. Called in the morning, dropped the car and got it back in a couple of hours, quick and easy, very professional.
Thanks guys .brilliant service again .came to house took the cars and had new tyres put on and cars were back in a couple of hours .

They were a reliable source to reach out to for diagnostics and fixes but am afraid that's not the case anymore. Please make sure you ask them to not change engine parts without your consent. They take your phone number and carry out a number of things without feeling the need to call you. The bill turns out to be hundreds of pounds which could be halved if you get the parts and pre-agree with them the labour charges etc. I left my car with them and rang them twice for an update but was told they are looking into it and will ring me in half an hour but they never did. I decided to visit them instead and was told it's all fixed. I found it strange when got told they replaced the parts and was shocked to see my final bill. When I queried the parts prices, they argued it is what it is so I had no other option but to pay. I then had a look at Halfords for the same engine parts and they were 40% cheaper. So the fitter had priced the parts higher on the bill and then added VAT on top of it. I could have easily saved a couple of hundreds had they called me and confirmed with me whether I was happy for them to change those parts. I won't use them ever again but if you would still want to use their services then make sure you get it all pre-agreed to avoid a shocker bill.
Very trustworthy mechanics. I've been going for many years and have always been happy with the services. I have had experiences with other mechanics before that proved expensive and untrustworthy, but these guys are honest and do a good job for a very fair price and have often gone out of their way to make the bill cheaper.
Fantastic value, with great service. Used these guys to fix my alternator, but they took the time to sort out bonnet's faulty latch and pump my tires up as a courtesy. would 100% recommend.
very friendly, always good value. i recently heard they do MOT tests for the tesla company. not a manager in sight, just engineers who know their work.
