The person who served me tall guy with pony tail is a very rude staff. When I asked him if someone could give this table a wipe he denied that it is dirty and offered me a spray bottle saying that if I want I could clean and wipe the table. I told him why should I do it I dont worl here , and besides it is not my duty, also a customer bod in.
Bottom line I cant recommend this place to no one.
I bought two kebabs yesterday and I was delighted, today I bought again and what a bad service, apart from the fact that they were poorly made, they did not have lemon or sauces, terrible for my taste.

Very rude staff! I come to this place regularly but today was spoken to so disgustingly !! They got my order wrong and refused to change it and gave so much Attitude ! And also spoke to the women in front of me horribly as well ! Will not be coming back
My son has been buying take sways for past 11 years along with his friends. He went into London Pizza today to order food. He asked for burger sauce but was unsure if the server added salt and asked for salt only. The server added salt and vinegar. When my son asked why vinegar was added the server stated he had asked for vinegar. My son stated he had not asked for vinegar and therefore did not want those chips. The server took his order and threw it in a fit of anger into the pizza area and said he was not serving my son.
I called to speak to the Manager and the server said he was the Manager. When I questioned him about his poor customer service and poor attitude he began shouting and then cut the call and blocked my number.
Needless to say we will no longer be using London Pizza. In addition to this the server is obviously unable to take orders correctly and as such anyone with allergies would not be sure they have not be given food to which they’re allergic. If the server is the Manager the owner needs to consider his impact on customers.

Good food not too pricy. Clean!
Was over half an hour late to be delivered. Delivery driver told me it was my fault because I put the wrong delivery number. When I showed him I put the right one he still blamed me. Just rude. When it arrived it was cold and pitta bread was soggy. Salad did not seem fresh. 50p per pot for burger sauce which was fine but small pot as pictured.
