Best KPortal Reviews

Have had to wait over 30 minutes on numerous occasions and more recently had to leave before picking up my prescription as I had to get back to work. The queue is always ridiculous to even get your prescription in the first place, let alone the wait to collect. I understand the staff have a lot on and it's not their fault but the hospital needs to do something about the long waiting times and lack of information to patients. Obviously the set up is flawed.
I read some horrible reviews about this pharmacy, but that isn't my experience.
Of course, mistakes happen and there are bad days. But I have used this chemist many times and the main complaint I can make is waiting times, but that cannot be always helped. Also, once I had to collect a medication which name I'd have preferred to not be shouted by the guy that dispensed it.
But these are minor things to me, they do matter, but they're not a reason to harshly criticise the staff. It happened that an important medication had been prescribed but not confirmed on the system , soit couldn't be dispensed. But then the staff made the effort to get in touch with my team and I was able to collect it. Also, people seem to forget that most of regular medications should then be requested through your GP and then collected at your local pharmacy.
Probably the worst pharmacy experience to date. Super slow, inefficient, short with patients. This is a hospital pharmacy - it's not like we are given a choice to go somewhere else. The way they treat customers is appaling and I would forgive it, if we had an option to get in and out, but no, every visit is at least 30 mins wasted waiting around.
It has been third time after chemotherapy. I have set tables and injection give by the doctor.
On my third time at pharmacy to collect my tablets and injections. I noticed one table was missing I informed the pharmacy and show them the my sheet. But no what do I know with sheet from doctor one the pharmacy one my first treatment
Please managements at Lloyd’s pharmacy. You really need to observe your team, and provide them with what every training needs.
Yesterday after 4hours after treatment but 45 mins leave the hospital I got phone call from doctor tell me I missed a table because of human error.
The CQC should be aware of the malpractice of this chemist who consistently fails to provide the prescription requested by my doctor, fails to deliver it and is still happy to keep a disabled and vulnerable patient off medications knowingly that this will put me at serious risk. The staff is happy to keep a patient with serious health conditions off medication and is happy to let them know that there is nothing that can be done. No solution, no help, absolute lack of care. This chemist should be reviewed urgently for the safety of UCLH patients.
The pharmacy always opens on time. The pharmacy team are amazing. The waiting times are not too long. The pharmacy is very clean and organised. Overall, the service is amazing and i rate it a 10/10!!!!
The main reception guy I saw was good. The lady at collection point 'A' was rude! She looked through me like I didn't exist. If she was busy she could've at least acknowledge me first and said "Sorry, I'll be with you in one moment". Apart from that though all was good and went smooth. I was there at 17:30 on 23.06.22, it wasn't that busy. There were enough chairs inside and outside in the corridor so that people didn't have to sit next to eachother ie. 1 occupied chair, 1 empty chair, 1 occupied chair, 1 empty chair etc. There were tv screens inside and outside in the corridor that displayed your prescription number, when it was ready.
Had to use this chemist 3 times now and always a Very slow service even when there isn’t many people waiting. Last time the only provided half the amount of the prescribe tablets saying they were out of stock and we would be called when in stock to collect. I explained we live over an hours train journey away so they said they would post rest to us. I called a week later as my daughter was due to increase medication but still hadn’t received the rest and she didn’t have enough. The lady apologised and said I’d receive the medication next day. Next day only half arrived. Week on and I’ve travelled up to collect the rest and currently been waiting nearly an hour. The biggest problem is that the UCLH tell me they can’t send my daughters prescription to any other pharmacy so every time my daughter visits the London hospital we will have this experience. This is probably why the pharmacy dosnt seem too bothered about the complaints I’ve made.
