A warm welcome from Cheryl and Andy, very comfortable rooms, Spotlessly clean and the largest selection of complementary tea and coffee I’ve seen. We stayed whilst walking the Heart of Wales trail and they were able to provide a packed lunch, Andy even kindly drove us to the start point of our walk. Can thoroughly recommend this little gem of a BnB(which is fantastic value for money) in a very nice town.
Had a fantastic weekend here!! Cheryl and Andy are very welcoming and friendly. Their B & B is lovely and they cater for everyone with lots of extra little thoughtful touches. Breakfast was amazing!! Plenty of it, lots of different choices and beautifully cooked . Couldn't have asked for more. Our dog loved it too !!! We would definitely recommend it.
This is the most comfortable, relaxing and welcoming B&B we have stayed in. Our room was very quiet and provided with generous amounts of tea, coffee and biscuits, with further complimentary ‘top ups’ on a trolley outside the room. ||This is also the only place we have stayed where recycling boxes are provided.||||Breakfasts were excellent and definitely something to look forward each morning. Again, the choice of hot and cold is much wider than we have found elsewhere.||||Andy and Cheryl are kind hosts who look to the comfort of their guests and made our stay a very happy one.||||Llanwrtyd Wells is set in beautiful countryside and Llanwrtyd Hall is a relaxing base to explore from.
My daughter booked this trip for me because we were going to the Wonderwool festival in Builth Wells. When we looked at hotels in the area, this one just stood out! So very glad it did because we found everything perfect. The Hotel setting was lovely with a beautiful relaxing garden. Our rooms were so homely and comfortable and we had one of the best night's sleep ever!|| To cap it all, the breakfast was one of the best we have eaten in any hotel provided by our lovely hosts who were so friendly, welcoming and compassionate.
August 13th/14th 2022||When we (2 Couples on motor bikes) arrived we were made very welcome by Andy and Cheryl of Llanwrtyd Hall. After being shown to our rooms and settling in we went downstairs and out into the lovely decking area by a pond with lovely water features, we were offered cold drinks which were very welcome as it was 31°, we sat in the garden area with Andy, Cheryl and 2 other guests and chatted a while after which some of our party left to go 1 of the 3 walking distance pubs, I went to the Angelis Holistic Retreat part of the B&B and had Rahanni and Crystal healing. I had a very relaxing but very effective hour.I would recommend anyone staying at the B&B to have a therapy with either Cheryl or Andy as they both practice. ||The bedrooms are ample and comfortable, there is an amazing choice of Tea's and Coffees to suit everyone and some biscuits. ||The bathroom has all you would need with shower gel and shampoo etc.||Breakfast in the morning was delicious with choices of a range of cooked breakfasts, cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts, toast. Vegan Vegetarian and Gluten free are also catered for .||We all had a lovely stay, ||Would we go back ?||Most definitely. ||We will be back. ||Lorraine and friends. Xxxxx
I arrived before check in time and Andy very kindly let me leave my car there and recommended places I could have some lunch. I ended up at a pub only few minutes walk up the road so really close.|When I returned I was greeted with a very warm welcome and shown to a lovely room that was very clean and comfortable.|There were lovely soft fluffy towels and a good assortment of toiletries in the bathroom; plenty of extra blankets and pillows in the big wardrobe and a fantastic hospitality tray in the room and on the landing...I drank so much tea and coffee during my stay! |The breakfast choices are huge and everything was deliciously cooked. You fill in your choices the night before and choose a time that you'd like to eat, making it easy to plan my mornings. |My son was at the nearby adventure centre in the days, so I was working from the room, and the free wifi was faultless.|We ate evening meals there, I did for all 3 nights and my son for one night and every time the food was delicious and so reasonably priced.|The hosts are both friendly and attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. It was great taking with both Andy and Cheryl about the history of their house and the area, and although I didn't have any therapies while there, I would do when I next stay.
Andy and Cheryl are wonderful hosts, their B&B is lovely, nice and quiet, spotlessly clean and they really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay! They have a vast choice to choose from for breakfast and the home cooked food is lovely. I stayed with them for a few days so I could focus on my work (they have fast, free Wi-Fi too) and they couldn't have been more helpful. They kept me supplied with oat milk, decaf coffee and plenty of other supplies (even an extra side lamp for my writing). I also had two holistic treatments with Cheryl who was wonderfully understanding, a very good listener and I left with a renewed freshness for building my business! I will definitely be back asap!!

We had a lovely relaxing few days at Llanwrtyd Hall. The bed was so comfortable and the room so quiet we asked for breakfast later each day! Excellent shower and more choice for breakfast than we have experienced anywhere. Very genial hosts made it all perfect.
