This shop is very convenient. Mary is always friendly to me and I always have a nice chat with her when I drop off our parcels on a weekly basis. The shop stocks a large range of every day items too, very good!
I use this shop regularly to send Evri parcels. Mary, who runs the shop has helped me many times with machine, which can be temperamental! It's really nice to have a small shoplike this on our estate, I often buy things I have run out of! We need to support small shops like this!! I find Mary lovely to deal with, and I enjoy our chats!
What a great local store, open long hours, very helpful and cheerful owner who works hard. Great efficient computer system, all stock beautifully displayed and spotlessly clean, you can collect and send Evri parcels and if unsure how to use the system help is on hand.
Mary is always very helpful and friendly when we stop off our parcels 3 times a week. Easy service, would only use this store to drop off our parcels
Really bad experience at this little shop, on returning the parcel the lady owner verbally attacked me, asking me "could I not read plain English" ???
I printed off my Evri label in the shop and sje came at me like some sort of bull, raging angry.
I told her not to be so rude, and she again verbally abused me.
Absolutely horrendous person, will not be giving them my custom again!
Just read the previous reviews, totally agree, i've had the same experiences on many an occasion, sadly this is a local shop that i use as a last resort and they fail at every turn, poor attitude of staff (Looks to be family run, all Pilipino), only really want to help IF they feel like it.
Over priced items, its like a local poor tax for those who cant travel far.
My advice, go elsewhere if you can
