Lee/L.K.F motor repairs helped in a really stressful situation
My normal garage had completely missed that one of my rear brake pads was grinding against the disk after both an MOT and request of visual check due to grinding noise
After getting AA out they said that I could not drive my car, this was on a Saturday evening.
With a wife and young child I needed my car.
Long story short I needed new rear brake pads and disks and couldn’t drive until it was fixed.
I was able to get hold of Lee and managed to get my car booked in for the following Monday, an already busy day and get it all fixed!!
They were also able to fix a small dent I had in the back of my car
Honestly I don’t know what I would have done if Lee hadn’t replied on his weekend!
Lee and the whole family are so friendly and helpful. We spent half day to find the running garage to fix the puncture but no success during the holiday last week, we didn’t expect to continue the trip until we drive to L.K.F Motor Repairs, Lee is so kind to help us to fix the tyre quickly to make our family can restart the holidays. Thank you so much for your excellent service, it is the best garage I ever met.
Our car broke down while we were away on holiday. Managed to get it to LKF motor repair in Godshill I.O.W Mr Webster could not have been more helpful He took us back to our B&B repaired our car and then brought it all the way back to us. Service at its best I would recommend his services to anyone
I don't normally write reviews but Lee and Hannah were so helpful and really saved the day when we had a puncture on mothering Sunday and were due to go back home the next day. They were the only garage that was open on that day that called us back and Lee repaired the puncture very quickly. I can't recommend this garage highly enough.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough! After a puncture late Saturday night (and everything closed on a Sunday - mobile mechanics all on holiday). This lovely family answered our message while they were abroad and were able to help us. Tyre fixed on Sunday morning and we are now able to leave the island as planned on Monday morning.
High class service, so friendly and helpful, and got the job done. Thank you all so much!
i don't normally write reviews but Lee saved me from being stranded, my battery wasn't charging and found the alternator was gone, He picked my car up, fixed it then dropped my car back to me just on time before my ferry was due. he even fixed another issue i had with my car which i did not tell him about, absolutely amazing service. Thank you so much.
Sorted my car out when an injector seal went while on holiday. Picked it up from the campsite and brought it back the next day. Charged £150 which is very reasonable.
Very friendly and helpful couple that run it.
Wouldn't trust them.
Left my Freelander TD4 with them to be diagnosed a problem with her and to get a MOT done.
Bill went from £202 to £850 then onto a eye watering £1154.
They never keep you updated to what was happening nor answer your phone or emails.
Have taken the car to another garage who has done all the work required for a fraction of their cost.
They certainly won't be getting any of my or my friends cars in the future.
So beware
