The service was abrupt and rude and the sorbet wasn’t sorbet it was more milk based considering I was hoping for a dairy free scoop. The pineapple sorbet tasted fake and was scraped into the bin. The triple chocolate chip was delicious and the scoops were generous. But I feel that fife has better got offer.

We visited Carol's Shop for ice cream every day on our holiday! The ice cream is absolutely delicious with such a wide choice of flavours, perfect for taking a treat back down to the beach. The customer service was outstanding and we were so impressed by the shop's Covid protocols which made us feel very safe. So much thought and professionalism had gone into making things run safely, and all the staff were confident when enforcing the rules whilst always being so friendly, polite and smiley! Thank you! Make sure to visit this lovely place if you're in Elie.
