I have used Levi to buy and sell my properties. He was efficient and quick to reply at the beginning of the process but got worse as time went on.
He was replying to my emails and the other solicitors emails at early hours of the morning and had no communication at all throughout the day.
He wouldn’t answer phone calls to any parties involved and it made the process very difficult for everyone.
We was given a completely different completion date to the rest of the chain and it was only until the person we was buying from messaged us to let us know the date he had been given was 4 days after the date we had. Levi wasn’t available to contact at all while this was happening.
To make it worse we didn’t complete on the date given as Levi hadn’t got the money sent over, so we had sold ours and was told by Levi to start looking at alternative arrangements for the night. He understood we have a 5 month old baby and it wasn’t as easy as that.
Wouldn’t recommend Levi.
We have had a great experience with Levi Rees. From the first day of our house purchase we instructed Levi Rees to act on our behalf. All the communication was really easy. Whatever questions we has we immediately got a reply. I have had other solicitors that got back to me after a week but Levi always got back to us the same day. I like to recommend anyone who is on the process of buying a house to contact Levi Rees from Taylor Rose.
If it were possible to give more than five stars I would. Levi has been amazing throughout the entire house selling process. He is always available, helpful and wise , providing advice and counsel in addition to having a forensic knowledge of conveyancing procedures. I recommend him without hesitation for his his honesty, integrity and professionalism.
Levi has been extremely efficient. He has kept me informed of every step of the process by email and phone calls. There have been many challenges with this purchase and Levi has worked tirelessly to sort them.
