I’d skipped breakfast to fuel the hunger! I arrived at 12:00 in my motorhome! Bread was buttered, kettle just boiled and my stomach was emptier than Boris Johnson’s honesty box!
The smell coming from the chippy was amazing, I felt I’d jumped into a DeLorean motor car with Michael J Fox and gone back to 1974!
The fish n chips (with mushy peas of course) were nothing short of sensational! Melt in the mouth batter. @ £7.40 a great nose bag: good sized portions:

We drove here from Staithes after hearing great things and we were not disappointed! Friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff made our order which was lovingly wrapped and handed over with pride.
We ordered two Fish n Chips; amazingly crisp and tasty, even after the journey back! Beautiful light and crisp batter and a good amount of s&v! Mushy peas on the side that were just right, battered sausage, buttered ‘Bread Bun’, as it’s called here ???? a couple of sauces and a few cans of pop..
It really hit the spot, just what we needed! 20 years of ownership, and you can definitely taste the experience and passion that goes into this delicious offering! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
