Loveliest little bakery with the most delicious pastries, cakes and coffee! We had the famous crookie which did not disappoint! Will definitely be adding it to our regular stop off when we pop into town. The staff were all really lovely and service was great!
Really cosy little brownie shop!
The staff behind the counter were very helpful and patient with us, especially as there was so much to choose from a really great selection and really tasty baked goods!
Prices were very reasonable I'd say but easy to spend a fortune!
The loaded hot chocolates so delicious and look great, they are very rich and sweet with a big helping of toasted marshmallow. Their baked goods also looked great and we enjoyed the apple cake slice! They also sold little bits and pieces like sprinkles and had free lollypops around Halloween. They staff were super friendly and accommodating! If I lived nearby I'd be back on the regular!!
OMG some of the best cakes and brownies I've had! An amazing local gem with mouthwatering vegan options. The biscoff brownie was to die for!
I highly recommend these cake shops. They have a large selection of really large cakes, delicious and different. I was shocked myself. They have good prices, high quality, nice service, the store is easily accessible. It's worth coming and seeing what the cakes should look like.
This place is my new favourite spot in York. I visited after seeing the viral crookie pop up on my insta, and it did not disappoint. I got the crookie, basque cheesecake, milkystar blondie, bakewell blondie, biscoff brownie and a brookie. I am not exaggerating when I say these were all amazing. I was trying to rank them, and it was near impossible. I will say though - the milkystar blondie is, hands down, best blondie I've ever eaten.
The place itself is so cute, and the woman serving was so polite, helpful and patient. I didn't buy any, but did notice they did a fair amount of GF options as well!
Great little cake shop. It is small, but definitely worth a visit. Nice staff and seemed very popular. It is only a shop and no inside seating.
Incredible bakes! We popped in here just before we headed home from a weekend away in York and were blown away - some of the best bakery treats we've had in ages. We got 4 bakes between the 2 of us (we couldn't resist) for £12.00 which I thought was good value. The cherry bakewell blondie and rhubarb crumble cake were stunning, not too sweet and just so decadent. We also had both a biscoff latte and apple strudel buns - both gorgeous. The rhubarb cake was perfect the next day as well when I couldn't manage both in one day. Great friendly service, don't visit York without coming here!
