Recently changed to Listers as my preferred chemist on the Patient Acess app at my gp.
Service is exceptional , sorted my prescription out when there was a shortage of a particular medication. Previous chemist didn’t seem to be bothered.

Also got delivery service which is very prompt after ordering our repeat prescription.
Utterly disgusting the way they speak to their customers... My mother rang up for an update on her prescription and the man said can you do me a favour can you stop ringing and my mum is extremely sensitive and I don't think there is any excuse for the way he spoke to my mum. Where else in business would you get away with being so rude to your customers they treat you like this because they think they have got you by the short and curly ones.
I've called a few times about prescriptions, the guy who answers is quite rude and hostile. I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere. I was told to pick up my prescription which as a disabled person who relies on others was an insensitive comment. I've been using Listers for the last 40 years but there-s really no point in being loyal anymore. This guy is always hostile when I enquire about my prescriptions and I've had enough of this guy's rudness.
Friendly, knowledgeable and great service everytime I pop into Lister Chemists. Pharmacist is always happy to help and does a brilliant job explaining how the medications work. ????????
