I was in quite a bit of discomfort when I contacted Liskeard Dental Team. A big thank you to the reception staff who dealt with my enquiry. Managed to get an appointment day after I made contact. The dentist who treated me was polite, and clear in his opinion on how to proceed with my treatment. ( young guy black hair, sorry didn’t catch his name). All round great service cheers to all.
My wife and I have been patients for many years and we have always had appointments arranged quickly and the best treatment from a team of dedicated, hard-working professionals. Liskeard is fortunate to have a dental surgery that is so good.
I've Been with this dentist for 10years, first experiences were awful with one of the dentists who actually tapped My son on his hand to tell him to stop moving, he was 6 at the time....however the last 4 years and a change in dental staff we have no concerns, dentist kind and we are seen if we need to be. Receptionist have always been kind and professional.
Had an appointment for a big filling which turned out to be an unexpected extraction in the end. It was a bit of an ordeal and I just wanted to say… I saw three dentists in total, one dental nurse and two receptionists and everyone was exceptionally kind and caring. The nurse especially - I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. I was quite battered and she was just lovely. Thank you for such good service. Well done to everyone that I saw.
This is a great dental practice which always sorts out any dental issues with care and in a timely manner. I recently had some fine work carried out by Hasbia and her technician Maxine.
The practice has good parking and is easily accessible.
Highly recommended.
Won’t see me because I’m a new patient they’ve accepted onto their patient list because I haven’t had my first appointment but will see people that aren’t new??? Really terrible service from the nhs when I’ve been waiting years to be accepted. I’ve been a new patient for a year now and get told to call back in a few months every time I call. Complained to the practise manager to be told they can’t do anything. I’m pregnant, the advice online and from midwife is to see the dentist for my bleeding gums. Can’t get help anywhere. Completely useless!
I’ve avoided the dentist for 16 years due to a severe phobia of needles. I’ve tried registering with numerous practices all of whom have been less than accommodating and have made me feel really stupid and have told me to either ‘get over it, or don’t come in’. I booked in to see Cynthia following dental problems during my pregnancy and she is amazing. I’m truly grateful for her patience and understanding and have now been back to have (several!) injections and some work done and each time she’s been lovely.
