Best KPortal Reviews
Sold single "only to be sold in a multi pack" pepsi max.
Ice cream cones left uncovered just on a low shelf next to the queue with kids in pushchairs touching them.
Jacket potato, not even warm enough to melt cheese.
Ask for tomato sauce and get watered down cheapest of cheap dribble.
Sorry but never, ever again
.
A fairly typical seaside cafe, located in the Queens Park area of Mablethorpe. We all decided to choose from the six £3.50 set meals, and since the weather was nice made use of the outdoor seating area. As well as the set meals, they also offer traditional fare such as burgers, all day breakfasts & kids meals, and of course ice cream (not nice). Ordering was a bit chaotic, as it was busy and there wasn't a lot of space inside, to be honest, wasn't entirely sure which of the 2 waitresses was taking our order. We'd barely been sat down a few minutes when all of our food and drinks arrived, so no waiting around. The food itself, and portion size were adequate given the price, but not overly hot. It would have been nice to have been offered some seasoning, and sauces, or have them already on the table, but we had neither, and didn't bother asking as we were hungry, and anxious to eat our meals before they became too cold. Our hot drinks were served in mismatched mugs, and were lukewarm, not hot.
Overall, quite a nice little cafe, and an ideal location for those with children with the boating lake, kids pool, crazy golf, pitch & putt, lawn bowls etc all here. Cheap prices, service & food not too bad, but could be much better with a bit more effort.
Don't bother going if you value your change as we got over charged or maybe not were unsure as she seems to charge what she wants
The food is disgusting, drinks are disgusting and clearly says on the side of the can 'multipack don't sell separately'.
Old hag behind the counter didn't wash her hands even though she was scraping years old grease off the side of the worktops before she served us also her charming attitude was top notch bullcrap. she also needs to learn to not spit while she's speaking as it splattered everywhere.
She was running her fingers through her hair while she was making our icecreams which make us leave
End of the day just don't go it's absolutely shocking

After waiting 10mins in a line to hand back the club's from crazy golf (that was good) we asked for three 99's ice creams. The old lady coughed in her hand and then picked up the biscuit cornet! & was going to just serve us!!! No washing her hand or anything!! I said forget it & left!
Went to crazy golf again as kids loved it & thought a drink in a sealed bottle she can't get wrong!?
Was wrong! It was out of date by 4 months!!! Took back & owner said i can't see a date on it! After i pointed it out she did exchange but i watched her from outside put it back in the fridge!!!
We came to go on miniature railway but wasn't open. Cafe lady was very kind. Great Saussage Bap.
