Hands down best bakery / sandwhich shop in Eastbourne.
Large menu, populated with perfectly excuted bakery staples and some great inventive options to that absolutely hit the spot.
Yet to have a bad bite from here.
The "chicken Kiev" toastie delivers far above expectation ????

Took my son in for an after chemo treat and he was spoilt! What a fantastic delicious naughty treat. Great service from the lovely lady and in his words "I need to go back immediately"
What a great asset to Eastbourne! Such reasonable prices and great quality food. I love the counter selection of goodies and you can tell everything is fresh. The cookies are also to die for! I will definitely be back and wish they did a sit in option too.
Tucked away just a couple minutes walk from the main shopping area. Choice of bakery items limited. They seem to focus on sandwiches, blondies and eclairs. The food looked good but we were after some donuts.
Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Definitely will be back!
I adore this place! The owners are so friendly, down to earth and highly likeable. Lincons come into my place of work daily, I buy from them at least once a week! They've also helped me out on a private function, as always the quality of food was hight and price extremely reasonable. I wish you guys every success in keeping this place do awesome.
