Shop isn't bad but the deli staff are more interested in chatting than serving customers.
This petrol station gets two stars only for the friendly till staff and convenient location out of Enniskillen heading for Belfast, although I'm not sure why you would want to go here more than once.
My girlfriend ordered a chicken fillet roll from the deli. I was going to order too but the moment I saw the state of the chicken, I decided not to.
The chicken looked like plastic and honestly I'm surprised she didn't get food poisoning it looked so inedible. I got a sandwich and the only reason that wasn't bad was because it was a prepackaged one made by an external company.
Since Lilley's Texaco have gone prepay for fuel, they have slowed down the delivery rate of the fuel at the their pumps.
Whenever it gets to the point that the last £1 of fuel is being delivered, the pump fuel delivery slows down to a complete crawl and it takes AGES to pump the last £1 of fuel.
There is a note on the pump advising that "if you don't finish the full delivery of the fuel you paid for, you have to go back into the shop for a refund."
They are intentionally invoneniencing customers to the point that they give up waiting for the pump to finish delivering fuel and don't go back into the shop to claim their refund.
If you pass this shop and garage you must stop and head for the food bar. This food bar in my opinion is the best in Northern Ireland. The food assistants just go out of there way to make you feel welcome. I have been going to Centra for 3 weeks now and every time I get a smile and the food is lovely. Past here stop in get lovely food and a smile
Stopped to buy a coffee and use the toilet. Toilet facilities were filthy, strong smell of urine and what appeared to be blood over the toilet and floor.
The coffee machine and the surrounding area was not particularly clean either but thankfully no blood or urine smell!
Love the food deli, they have a chopped salad bar, normal sandwich/wrap counter & hot food deli with dinners. Very friendly deli staff that are up for the craic. Great service & food selections. Would recommend if on the road & in the area needing a bite to eat
I use your store on virtually a daily basis; it’s clean and well organised. However, like most people in these times I use my card to “tap”. Now, as I’m sure you’re aware, after every ten “taps” you’re asked to put in your PIN? Again, no problem but to be told loudly, in front of other customers “ your card has been declined” is to say the least embarrassing.
