I came in for a drink and a snack today and it was lovely! I have been before, my favourite dish (so far) is the croque monsieur. Today, we had cheese-filled croissants and hot chocolate! The ingredients always taste so fresh, the hot chocolate was lovely and sweet and the waitresses and owner were friendly and helpful. We already have plans to return! Thank you!????
Spending the day pottering in Ashby, and stumbled across Lil Bo’s. The service was exceptional; so warm and hospitable. You can tell the owner’s hearts are in it!
The coffee and tea were great, and the food looked brilliant (though we didn’t have my on this occasion).
Lil Bo's was highly recommended, so I stopped in for breakfast. I was immediately greeted and seated by the most lovely and the best hostess/server ever, Harriet. She provided a delicious barrista made Americano (hot!) and recommended the Eggs Benedict. It was simply amazing. The deli and shop attached were also 10 out of 10 with excellent prices for food and shop items. I will stop by again whenever I am in Ashby. I highly recommend everyone stop by for a delightful and tasty experience. The owners have created a wonderful establishment. ⭐️
My husband and I have only been once so far and we can't wait to go back! What a fantastic addition to Ashby. We were on our walk back with our dog when we decided to stop for a coffee (they are dog-friendly). I'm rather saddened to say my husband was the only one in the right mind to order food - I ended up having half of it as it was so yummy (I'll know to order my own next time). It was also mentioned they host evening events which we are definitely going to try out if we can get on the list for it.
A really friendly team to top it all off as well ☺️ So pleased that we have a new favourite deli in town!
What a fantastic addition to Ashby this little gem is. Staff are so attentive go out of their way to make sure you are welcomed with a big smile. Service is second to none ,food and drinks arrive promptly and presented extremely well.
Good quality produce and plenty to choose from.
Highly recommend and will be back.
A friend and I visited Lil Bo's Deli whilst in Ashby recently and we were very impressed with the hospitality of the staff, and the produce. We sampled local cheeses (and bought some too!) and heard about their origins. We were made to feel very welcome and will definitely be going back for lunch when we are in the area again. Lil Bo's made me wish I lived in Ashby!
The Reuben sandwich, a slice of NYC while watching the world go by. Food spot on, service swift, attentive and very polite. I left with a take out latte with a shot of vanilla to go on my way to an appointment and a pork pie and a slab of cheese for tomorrow. Eat in, take out and stock up!
What a cosy and friendly place. Its now my favourite in Ashby. You feel welcome every time, the shop is amazing, and they have the best vegan options in town. Its difficult to find vegan food around these parts, and they have done it brilliantly! I had a jackfruit curry with sourdough bread and a vegan pasty, both incredible!!!
