don’t like coming here staff don’t smile or say hi some don’t even talk at all :/ whys is it so hard for them to properly communicate???
Sometimes the Service Is Spot on Other Times they Miss items so always check your Takeaway before leaving because the managers can be very unhelpful when you find items missing or orders wrong and you've left the building. Parking is terrible especially for disabled persons like myself because the Multiple delivery drivers think the blue badge disabled parking bays are for their use and not the Customers and can get aggressive if confronted the last time one of the drivers was calling my Husband all sorts of Nasty Names because he asked him if he was a Blue badge holder after taking the last disabled parking bay which there are only 2 of them. I was close to contact the police but again it always comes down to skin colour and We aren't Racist in any shape or form yet this driver who was of a different effnic from ourselves calling us names because my husband caught him abusing the Blue Badge system/Parking and because its on Private land the council are powerless against it all. You can report the drivers in the store but all they get is a slap on the wrist don't do it again which they do this is a ongoing issue which also McDonald's Managers are powerless to the drivers because they aren't employed by McDonald's and in all fairness the Companies like Deliveroo/Ubereats/Justeat and others aren't helpful when reporting issues with drivers because you send an email of complaint with photos of Evidence and 4 weeks later you get a Sorry email back and nothing more is done so they will never Learn really the carparking operator should fine them for abusing the Blue Badge parking like what happens in Bigger Shopping Store Chains but again its seems a on going problem in most Fast Food Chains the delivery drivers do as they please the customer suffers few years back this never happened people were respectful and would leave disabled bays for those who need them not today its every man for themselves
Refused to take my Evri parcel on Sunday despite showing open 24/7 on the Evri website.
A pain to get off if road is busy, but not garages fault.
It's not the biggest, can be tight with a large van if there's other cars present, the food etc inside isn't at all a good variety, just small snacks, but there are places close, so this isn't a huge issue.
Always open, always serving, great range of services; I use Hermes drop off but I know you can see to many matters at the Texaco
Reasonably priced fuel but still well above market value. Rather go to Sainsburys and save £2 on a full tank. That's £216 annually.
Don't accept key fuels cards, my own fault didn't check before filling the van full of diesel but every Texaco ive been to accepts my card except this one always ask before you fuel unless your happy to spend your own money on a work vehicle
Friendly staff. Good selection of food and drink for a quick stop.
However, I find the fuel to be more expensive than other local petrol stations.
