Best KPortal Reviews

Staff is helpful and friendly. Since its hot pot, in other words you need to cook yourself. Food quality is good and fresh. Good value as you can have unlimited food and there are quite many options. Its a bit underrated on the web. Overall, its good and we highly recommend it.
Underground hotpot restaurant. Very good value authentic hotpot. £22pp for unlimited hotpot.
They don’t take card, only cash or bank transfer.
You can choose up to 4 different broths, we went for the chicken and hot and spicy broths which were good.
There is an excellent selection of food which is self serve / buffet style. This was kept topped up often and the food was good quality and size. Razor clams, king prawns, squid, white fish, mussels, beef slices, lamb slices, dumplings, fish balls, tofu balls, spinach, bak choy, noodles, udon, oyster mushrooms, crab etc
There is a station to make your own sauces to accompany. Good selection; coriander, Chinese vinegar, soy sauce, spring onions, sesame oil, sesame paste, fermented bean curd, chilli oil etc.
Service is not prompt, they have to be flagged down to clear empty trays and order refill drinks. The broth top up could be more frequent.
Soft drinks cost £3 and are unlimited refill.

The tomato soup was very delicious. There were a lot of food materials to choose as well. Very good value.
Staff are very helpful and seafood are so fresh, my favorite is definitely razor clam
First time here, very good impression of the staff very polite and helpful.
The atmosphere is nice and the music ambience was quite relaxing.
The staff explained us how to have the best experience of the hotpot, all the seafood and more ingredients displayed on the shelves looked fresh.
It’s one of the best experiences preparing your own food with the many options you have to choose between condiments, vegetables, seafood and much more.
The overall experience was great, good value for price and you can eat as much as you can for two hours ????.
Highly recommended to visit this Chinese restaurant.

This was the first time my wife and I have tried hotpot + BBQ, and it was amazing. We've seen so many videos online of the experience, and we were happy to finally give it a shot. The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had about the dishes we were trying. Definitely recommend it! The price for the both of us was more than reasonable.
