Was 10 minutes late (my fault I know) and called to let them know in advance they said it was okay. Got there and they refused to see me. No one was in the waiting room and no valid reason was given, mind you I’ve had to wait up to 40 minutes once when I came for an appointment when they were so backed up and I did not complain if I could give no stars I would. Receptionist was quite rude and offered no help
Just booked an appointment for check up they gave for which I wad charged 45£. They gave a pain killer prescription and referred me to totally difrent clinic becoyse they have no specials were probably I will be charged again for another check up. Feeling like just being scammed by dentists. Where NHS is going in the hands of crooks who's real goal is to make money not treat the patiens. Shame
Bought a scale & polish voucher on Woucher, they moved the appointment once, then on the new date, rang me to cancel 5 minutes before the appointment , after i'd travelled all the way there. If i could give 0 stars, i would, avoid.
Avoid this surgery at all cost have lost 2 healthy teeth due to their lack of care and service. Have 2 missing teeth, 1 broken tooth
I came in here today for a clean of my teeth that I got through woucher to take a day off work and spend an hour getting to this place only to find it completely closed with no one answering the phone when I got here I came 30 minutes early for my appointment and I gave it 15 minutes after the appointment time to if someone will turn up even though that makes any setup time redundant this is an actual ridiculous place very unprofessional and I got these vibes when I was dealing with them to make the appointment as well the price they list as the base price on Wowcher is also incorrect on misleading as the savings is only around 10 pounds not what is advertised when you put through welcher this place has some terrible reviews and I'm disappointed I wasted my time to save what is essentially a small amount of money compared to another practice that actually treats his customers with respect
The dentists were nice and helpful. The surgery itself is pretty rundown looking. Reception / receptionist could be better, (cold and unfriendly). Had to email 3 times to get any response/acknowledgment so slow and not professional. I dont think I can recommend especially not for private treatment (they are not taking NHS patients at the time of writing).
By far the worst dental experience I’ve had. Went in for a crown, the dentist chipped the other half of my tooth off so then had to give me a temporary filling that came out 2 hours later. Asked if I wanted injection for the root canal and then I needed it anyway for the filling after. The room smelt of B.O during the appointment and I have had to now go private to fix the issue they caused. Never coming back and I should have known better when I walked in the place!! Needs ALOT of improvement
A family member of mine went to Leyton Dental Surgery at the early stages of what was to become a vicious toothache. The 'dentist' said she was grinding her teeth - and that she needed to see a specialist. Since then the toothache has become excruciating. We went to a different dentist, who said this was NOT from teeth grinding, and that an IMMEDIATE root canal was needed! The level of pain she is in is heartbreaking, and it could have been prevented if not for the UTTER incompetency displayed at Leyton Dental surgery. Go at your own risk.
