Absolutely disgusting Pharmacy, they make so many mistakes and don't seem to care , young girl who works there thinks it's funny to mess with people's medication. They can't cope with the amount of prescriptions they get and it takes them 20 minutes to find them if they can be bothered to do them in the first place , if you value your health stay away , wrong dosage instructions and wrong medication happens all the time .
I love it at Leyland late night Pharmacy. It is one of the best around.
They've got great customer service and good practice. Short waiting time and lovely ambience as well.
Very pleased with the service from the young men at the pharmacy, especially Hasan who went above and beyond to help with sort the delivery and urgent medication for my daughter.
Thank to you and your team for all of help. You do not get enough recognition for all your hard work.

Not impressed. Denied all knowledge of minor ailment scheme. Wouldn't give any drops for child's earache. Told me little girl's ear discomfort didn't qualify (after a group discussion) and they enjoyed doing so. I didn't even abuse them. No wonder they have signs up about giving them grief. I didn't. Wish I had. It's anticipated, so they can order you out with great pomposity, reeling with shock and they're not even NHS staff... Sorry. I'll take my ailments elsewhere.
Absolutely useless and extremely bad customer service, 36 calls today I have made and all went completely unanswered, same yesterday with 20 unanswered calls, I need to speak about an acute medication that's urgently needed, every single time I get this from them, not much better when I go into the store itself, they either have supply issues or tell me that I have to come bk the next day as it's not been sorted yet, they are meant to call or text to let me know when my prescription is ready yet I've never recieved 1 call or 1 text in 2 years. Definitely choosing tesco as my chemist from now on.
The service here is great, whether delivery or in store. Staff are very competent in explaining certain issues with regards to supply issues and any medical advice needed.
If I can help it, this will be the last time tonight that I use this pharmacy. It causes me far too much anticipatory anxiety coming into this pharmacy because there are too many people hanging around, waiting. The people working here are so unbelievably disjointed and unprofessional.
I went in already feeling overwhelmed with anxiety, which I've been experiencing intensely over the past few days due to my PMDD(Premenstrual dysphoric disorder); hence needing to start citalopram! I had already phoned 3 times earlier to ensure that my prescription was ready; nobody answered the phone.
I decided to just go in and pick up the prescription, and again like so many times before (and I'm sure I'm not alone here,) they are messing around trying to find it; regardless of having days to prior do this.
And as I'm waiting, these two ignorant, revolting older women walk in, one of them rudely walking right in front of me as I'm stood right near the counter waiting. If this wasn't bad enough, when one of my prescriptions were called out to me (in my name), this repugnant woman again goes to the counter to collect my prescription! The individual serving had to tell this entitled woman that it was in fact my prescription. She then thought this was so amusing, walking off...which at this point, I was beyond furious!
And for the guy behind the counter with the glasses having a tantrum, smashing down the crate because you thought I had said something inflammatory toward you; It wasn't aimed at you, okay!? It was aimed at that ignorant monstrosity who'd just attempted to claim my prescription! You really shouldn't allow people to just barge in front of other people like that; it's disgusting behaviour! Why have stickers on the floor, instructing people to stay 2 metres apart, when this woman was literally allowed to just barge right in front of me; not even a meter apart?
I'm beyond a p...off...rant over.
P.S Stop calling out every Pam, Beth and Sherrie's address in front of every Tom, D*** and Harry! Nobody else needs to know this information...Haven't you been watching Coronation street lately? But seriously, the equivalent of Theodore Bundy was sat in there the other week and before I either had my address barked at me or had it demanded that I produce my address...I walked out; having phoned and was told it was fine if I simply gave my date of birth...But once again tonight, you're continuing with this disrespectful ridiculousness of shouting out people's addresses!
