Das Sushi ist legendär! Besonders das mit Passionsfrucht als Topping. Service ist aufmerksam und die Stimmung speziell lateinamerikanksch, das aber zum Konzept super passt. I love it
Das Essen an sich war gut!
Beim Service lief hingegen alles schief: wir mussten sehr lange auf unsere Speisen warten (die je einzeln kamen), es wurden andere Sachen gebracht als bestellt und als man sich versuchte zu rechtfertigen, meinte der Service doch im Recht zu sein. Als man dann einsah, dass der Service falsch lag kam keine Entschuldigung und die Schlussabrechnung musste doppelt nachkorrigiert werden! Schade...

Sushi war in Ordnung. Mussten jedoch ca. 25-30min warten und ist totzdem nicht schön gerichtet worden

I would not recommend this restaurant if you are looking for good sushi in Lugano. Only come here if you want old or frozen fish and hard rice. I’m not sure how this restaurant was called “best sushi in Lugano” when the quality is not there. Pretty presentation can never take the place of good quality and tasty food. We ordered two rolls that were very salty on their own, one sashimi plate where the fish was dry and old, and one “cooked” salmon rice plate, but the salmon was still raw in the middle. Additionally, the rice that came with the “cooked” salmon was hard because the rice was undercooked. My mom does not eat raw fish so it was very unpleasant for her to eat around the raw center of the salmon.
As for the sashimi, you could see in the pictures that the color of the fish is not bright and fresh. The high prices for these dishes made with poor quality ingredients cannot be justified. It is truly untenable. The service of the restaurant was okay because our server only came to our table to take our order.
