This is one of the best takeaways going. Ive been coming here since it opened in 2006. Never had any bad meals. I visit the takeaway now and then and it still hasnt lost its touch. Its still one of the best takeaways. You can tell by the reviews and the hygiene rating. Some people out here are trying to put a bad name on places and i think this is what they do to put a bad reputation. Keep it up Lentils.

Just had an excellent Christmas Eve curry for 5 of us. Order delivered quickly and with a smile. Fantastic service and excellent food. Recommend chicken tikka masala, chicken madras, chicken dopiaza, selections of naans, various rices, poppadoms etc. Thank you Lentils!

Rat infested take-away. Many times there have been large rats running around this takeaway, sneak around the back and they have food containers and rubbish on the floor, the floor is also slimy and covered in cooking oil they have been tipping it into the dirt and down the drain, they are not very clean at all. Previous tenants who rented the house behind the takeaway attached to the same building also mentioned that they had a rat problem there since day 1 and its still on going they said they could hear the pots and pans etc crashing to the floor when the takeaway was closed and you'd hear squeaking from the rodents running freely in the takeaway kitchen area. The food there used to be good but its honestly fallen off, they changed a lot of things upped the prices and reduced the amount you get and the quality is lacking, Ikbals kitchen is a far better indian takeaway with massive food portions in comparison and overall a better tasting food. I wouldn't be surprised to find they are cooking the rodents to save money.

We've just had a takeaway from Lentils and really enjoyed it. I've just eaten the best Jalfrezi of my life, no kidding. Absolutely delicious. A deserved 5 stars.

What amazingly delicious first class food , not over salted and the spice combinations were fabulous. Exceptionally good value. These guys really know how to cook. Highly recommended.

The taste of the food is amazing, but the kitchens need some attention, look at the food Star rating.
