Receptionist very helpful and welcoming. Was able to schedule my next appointment on the spot which i have had difficulty with in the past. The nurse was professional and knowledgable on the topic of discussion even with my appointment being for something completely different. After being registered since 2017 this is likely the most positive interaction I've had with my GP surgery.

The nurse was very attentive to my feelings and made me feel really at ease in my appointment which I really appreciate as I get anxiety over these appointments and was grateful for the experience. Could not of asked for a better nurse to of seen me as the last time I had to see a male in the hospital and this just added towards my anxiety of the whole situation.

Since last week, we have been calling and we have not received an appointment for a young child. It is unbearable and we take him. The emergency room tells me this is a GP job.
My son is 5 years old, he has a sore neck, and when I call to make an appointment they tell me there will be no appointment, and they tell me to take him to the emergency room, and the doctor in the hospital tells me that this is a general practitioner's job, so why did you bring me here?
Called up to see if I cld get a cancelled appointment actually got one with c.o.p.d nurse 1st time meeting her very nice nurse I had been ill and been to hospital twice in 3 weeks got to go back Fri also gentleman at reception is indeed very help polite as are the rest of the staff
The nurse was very polite, helpful and got my details straight away for blood test when receptionist could not find it. It was a very quick and on time appointment.
Nurse was brilliant. Did make my young person comfortable and relaxed before his vaccination. She was friendly.
Staff is very nice, the receptionists are very helpful every time when I go in. I feel understood and listened to when I have an issue. I am happy that I have found a GP practice where if something is wrong or I feel wrong, I am being referred for tests to find what is wrong.
