A must stop to try delicious pastas, pastries & to have a beautiful conversation with the incredible owner and chef, Rita. Not only can you buy various delicacies to take and enjoy at home, but Rita is also able to heat your pasta up right in the market. This is a great treat to enjoy as you gather more energy to explore the other wonders of this expansive market. While Rita only uses the freshest and finest of ingredients to make her signature recipes, I think her secret ingredient is the love she adds to every item she makes. These recipes have been carried down from generations, and Rita does such a wonderful job keeping the legacy of her Emilian heritage alive through the art she creates in the food she makes. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories and delicious treats during my visit to Cagliari! I cannot wait to return again soon!
Bardzo dobre doświadczenie smakowe znalezione na autentycznym rynku w Cagliari. Prawdopodobnie moje najlepsze doświadczenie smakowe Sardynii, obsługa bardzo miła, były małe problemy z komunikacją po angielsku ale jakoś sobie poradziliśmy :)

Best pastries I had during my entire trip in Sardinia! The owner is very kind and welcoming. Wish we had tried the fresh pastas, they looked amazing prepared on the spot.
Alimenti ottimi eseguiti da una emiliana doc. Vorrei fare notare al sig che si è lamentato che, i tortellini fatti veramente a mano ,come quelli di Rita, non devono essere tutti uguali altrimenti sono industriali ,in più la cifra di€ 30 non è assolutamente caro visto che a Bologna pagano € 40 quelli fatti industrialmente e venduti x fatti a mano. Solo persone che non sanno come si fa a farli possono fare certe critiche.
Vi piacciono i tortellini? E il ragù alla bolognese? E le lasagne? E le tagliatelle vi piacciono? E le tigelle, le torte, i biscotti?
Allora non potete perdervi questo paradiso Emiliano, dove tutto, tutto tutto sa di fatto bene, di mani che lavorano sapientemente. Andateci, così vedete come è tutto genuino, anche il sorriso di Rita ❤️

Dopo aver assaggiato i prodotti di questo chiosco potrete dire di essere stati a Bologna, chiudete gli occhi e vedrete le 2 torri.???? consigliassimo a locali e turisti per un pranzo veloce o per organizzare una cena a casa.
Professionalità e gusto si sposano perfettamente in questo punto vendita del mercato. Rita è una persona che sa consigliare benissimo e che mette tanta passione in ciò che fa. I suoi prodotti, fatti a mano da lei, sono tutti da provare!
