Takeaway delivery.
Ordered online and delivery before advised time so good start there.
Read the reviews, and it was looking positive so thought why not.
Had the satay chicken and pineapple, and that hit the spot, pineapple nice touch as made the sauce just right, well for me anyway
Beef and tomato, chips, and free spring rolls, nice touch the free rolls.
Beef and tomato, again hit the spot for me very nice, good balance of ingredients, and a bit of onion, again not loads to pad it out but just right.
Will I use again is my test on results so far yes, and happy to recommend
Food is brilliant my only very negative is drinks are not cold and are very warm . Do not buy drinks if you like your drinks cold and seems they don't use fridges for drinks
Also guy is friendly but the lady is very rude just throws your food on side no thank you or any word said even when said thank you myself . She just walks off . Not very good customer service skills
Had the most appalling service tonight, our delivery driver shouting and being threatening because he claimed to have been calling and waiting for fifteen minutes, we had not had any missed calls. He was unnecessarily rude and confrontational. When I called the restaurant to explain we had not had any phone calls and suspected the details may have been incorrect, they told us the number they had called and it turned out to be the just-eat number! I sent a screenshot of evidence that we had provided the correct mobile number and was then ignored. Obviously it’s a system error or a restaurant error but the service and verbal abuse we received as a result has put us off ordering again.
Food was also reheated and overcooked.
I was not going to even give any stars at all. I have never been so angry in my life. my delivery was over twenty minutes late. I contacted the restaurant to find out why my food was late only to be told that their customers were more important. I thought I was a customer too after I just paid over £27. Ordering over Just Eat does that mean you are not one of their customers. I must remember that in the future. I did not even receive and an apology. Their saving grace was that the food was nice. Customer service needs a lot of work. THIS WAS BACK ON THE 18/12/2018
Ordered food on just eat, waited hours rang the restaurant again they said 10 to 15min. After another hour had pasted food still had arrived, last time I called them the man on the other end of the phone decided to shout and swear at me and cut the phones off. Will never order from them again. Food never arrived
I ordered from Uber eats and decided to cancel the order. I called restaurant to cancel the order and they agreed. However, they still marked the order as completed and are now refusing to refund me although no food was received! Please do not order from this takeaway as the service is terrible, the owner is very rude and unhelpful.
If I could put 0 stars i would! I ordered food, delivered in fair time however thats as good as it got. 3 main dishes all without veg. 2 of which arrived as per our request the 3rd did not. I had paid for extra meat so wasn't expecting to substitute the veg with meat. I called straight away, was told "sorry my kitchen speak no English, they not understand" - funny they understood the other 2 dishes. I pointed this out, to be told well we very busy you eat what you got", YES, i was told to eat what I got, NOT what I ordered. I was then quizzed why I didn't want veg! Because I didnt, I dont like them. They hung up! I called back & was told he's too busy to talk to me he has to many other customers! I asked what he will do, his reply "you just eat around the veg, its fine".no thanks I want what I ordered or a refund please. "No you have no refund, I cook again" ok how long will that be"1 hr, eat what you have, I send other dish later", so now I'm being told to eat what I was given not ordered, & how to eat it. so basically eat my side without the main dish! I replied no, I'm not out of order for wanting to eat my meal as a meal instead of individual courses or am i wrong? He then hung up on me for a 2nd time! I called back a 3rd time, asked why have you hung up to be told, "you got food, I too busy with too many customers, I send you new dish tomorrow" I'm not even joking! I told him I didnt want it tomorrow or to wait an hour for the main to go with my sides. I asked for a refund again as I havent received what I ordered and the service has been terrible, I was told I wouldnt get a refund and they might send a new dish later. I did advise him I would write a review, ensure they didn't get to busy with to many customers again and that way they wouldn't need to worry about to many customers again. As for the rest of the food. The chips looked old, the curries were extremely oily. The boiled rice was OK.I will go back to ordering with Lins Kitchen.
I have been ordering from here for years. The owners know our dish. We have 5 of them. They messed up the order 3 times. Giving wrong food when I telephoned they refused to change. I will never order from them again. They just lost £1000.00 a year from me. I suggest everyone.open the bag check the order then pay.
