Got a puncture in Blackheath phoned Lee tyres, AA man gave them the measurements, asked if I wanted new or part worn, I had new, good price, fixed my wheel in 15 mins nice chaps very efficient, well done Lee tyres.
Had good experience replacing old tyre in new wheel rim with balancing. Staff are very much approachable and straight forward.
Asked kindly for a retorque after refurbishing my wheels and change of wheel nuts. The employee working changed the wheel nuts however did it with no care at all and chipped my freshly done wheels in front of me, I told him to be careful and he ignored me. Then had the audacity to straight up deny doing any damage and then charge me £10 despite chips of my alloy being on the floor. Might be alright for a tyre change, but have 0 care or customer service to admit to being wrong or do the job requested correctly as he didn’t torque them at all.
Absolutely love this place. The guys is very honest and always gives a fair price. Never makes you get a new tyre if something can be fixed.The knowledge Also, he is very fast and always friendly and approachable.

My sister took her car to have a puncture repair at 45 Lee Tyres, Burnt Ash Hill, London SE12 0AE.
They said there was a nail. She observed and noted that they only topped up the tyre pressure (we later realised they topped 52 psi instead of 33!) She
called me and kept the phone on so I could hear the conversation. She asked them to show the nail
or the spot where they repaired but turned very aggressive and abusive saying she should not
show them their job. She wanted to call the police but I asked her to pay them and forget that place.
Reading through their reviews, I see another lady customer has complained of similar treatment at
the place. I have made the police aware of this ill-treatment, as I am worried they could continue to mistreat other women customers.
They are good, quick and reliable. Never let me down. Only thing is they need to start accepting card as rush to go and withdraw cash is hassle in times of everyone using contactless.
